Correct, however with Qld having a massive coal industry, WA government anti nuclear stance, and inept opposition party’s the situation in those States is not going to change anytime soon.
Its been acknowledged from the get go that nuclear is going to play a significant role in greenhouse reduction, but there are too many vested interests in WA and Qld that will not allow the industry to develop further for many years to come.
So for me, and I have said this before, I only look at U companies exploring in SA or the NT. Particularly South Australia, where everyone from the Premier down supports the nuclear industry, and mining in general.
