On Monday, I had a little whinge, being a Brissie, about daylight saving and how it knocks us off kilter here in the Deep North. And then, a wee small voice from W.A. reminded me that at 10.00 a.m. in Sydney (opening bell for the ASX) its still only 7.00 a.m. in Perth. Hardly time to even get out of bed and have a coffee.
So they have to put up with an horrendous time disadvantage. But there's more:
!. They get dudded by the Eastern States:
And there's more:
2. They have to deal with exotic road hazards like the Nullarbor Nymph:
And there's more:
3. Piles and piles of Iron Ore and nobody to dig it up:
4. Wait - there's more:
They go to the beach and all the best sunbathing spots are taken:
5. Yes ………. there's more:
You don't dare go in the water 'cause:
Yes. I feel for my W.A. brothers and sisters. I'll never complain about Daylight Saving again.
Good luck with your trading - whatever time it is.
