Anyone who has GQG shares in a Company Name or a Super Fund are required to complete a Company (not Individual form) U.S. Tax exempt form in regards to having to only pay $US 15% tax instead of the 30% (not sure if you are able to claim the remaining 15% back through the ATO)
Form is 9 pages, but not as daunting as you may think, found a Macquarie link that actually has a completed Australian form to follow, very handy to follow, Link will not help you at all.
