    Dan, everything you are writing about RRS is 100% correct. However there is a huge problem with the credibility of the RRS management, or rather luck of it...
    They always were under the microscope and after the Kazachstan oil fiasco they lost (unfortunately for the shareholders) any credibility, not that they had any in measurable levels...
    What RRS desperately needs is: Immediately change of management!
