If you didnt expect this upcoming global recession, then you're still asleep since 2007.
Yes, the world growth is slowing, yes China is slowing on GDP, Yes Europe is in a mess, yes Australia may have a property bubble that could burst blah blah blah...
it's a recession
2007 was the first part of the this long recession, it's now 5 years since then - by my reckoning, the globe will come back to synchronized growth in about the next 2 years time; from now till then - it's down and sideways.

Nothing wrong with CCC as far as I have been told or seen, but that doesnt stop the SP getting rooted. The funds/insto will eat up all the gamblers. In the end, investors will come out with the goods more often than not IMO - no proof though.

would still like to pick up a decent last parcel some time.
