My guess is late August.
Explanation:
In late August the audited accounts will appear and the June dividend will be announced.
Anyone who hasn't been watching the debt repayments, i.e. most non-holders and even some holders, will be alerted for the first time by the dividend announcement.
That's when the SP will hit $1.00
