    If that someone is a genuine holder & those shares are locked up for a few years, yeah it's a good thing, regardless of where the SP is.

    It means those shares have now been taken off the market, leaving fewer shares for everyone else to buy.

    150 million SOI & the Top 20 hold around 60%.
