Assumption made that the current TH announcement for TPD is in relation to W6 that both STX and TPD have an interest in. STX not in a TH as it isn't a big deal for them. TPD waiting on the information/results from STX. If the result ia bad then getting that news to market at lightening speed in the middle of a CR probably wouldn't result in an oversubscription.
