Despite it being immoral and unjust, because WA only has around 10% of the national vote I don't expect anything to change.

It was former Liberal state and federal governments who agreed to the GST distribution arrangements.
State and federal Liberal/National governments set this up.
If it's so bad then the Liberals don't deserve to be in government anywhere.
