I remeber at one of the biggest gold mines in WA I had "cultural training", where an elder spent all morning talking about the difference between our cultures, basically, westerners care about moeny and they care only for family and land... then over lunch he bragged about the new agreement that allowed his people to get a huge payout if we had to make any ammendments to a plan to a pipeline that had already been approved and paid for. He thought it was great that any change had to get seen by him and would result in more money, but we were the immoral money obsessed baddies... Spare me
