If they don't start in the next 3-5 years, they will have missed the boat. In 20 years, uranium supply will be high worldwide, and demand will have stabilized as nuclear is accepted as the only way forward.
In 20 years, I suspect that uranium prices will have fallen right back, due to the better supply situation. It's these next few years that are the golden opportunity, not to be missed.
