Sounds like a good idea biggest, take the scum from your society and dump them on an island. Now where have I heard that before, was it just over 200 yrs ago? Hmmmm. Didn't turn put too bad. (LOL)

Seriously though, ours is a civil society and a civil society does not act that way these days. In fact we reject that kind of behaviour by our civil leaders and reject it and condemn it in other societies.
