"I don't think at this stage its about sales revenue"
You think?
They are releasing announcements about their increase in audience.
They are buying traffic from Google (adwords).
They are buying traffic from Facebook.
Both of these are substantiated by the code they have on their sites.
They include Facebook's offsite pixel and Google adwords remarketing tag in the code of their sites
They already have advertising saturating their products including popunders. They set lifetime cookies.
Again this is substantiated by the code in their sites
They gather personal information and relay it to third parties.(possibly selling it)
Substantiated by their privacy policy
In short they are doing everything to maximise revenue right now.
Ther traffic is mainly bought traffic with a little organic.
Don't get fooled by their traffic numbers, they are buying traffic.(You want me to say it again?)
This quarterly will definitely be important to gauge costs against revenue to see whether their model has any chance of being sustainable.
I think I know the answer already.
All in my considered opinion of course!
