Which also constitutes the reason for 90% of Qld's debt.
WA is playing catch up with the infrastructure spend the Qld Govt undertook over the past decade...there is a reason Qld has the highest per capita infrastructure spend in the land.
And if I'm not mistaken WA is now about to incur operating deficits which will be funded by debt...same as Qld.
I'm trying to work out the difference between WA LNP govt and the Qld ALP govt... they're either both shit or shit hot....
