    I can assure you companies do wait for a better nights trade in the US before releasing an ann. Commod' prices etc. all effect the the way the ann. is received by the market...have a look at most ann. lately, including BHP, Rio etc. all affected by the o/s markets, mind you I hope I'm wrong...
