Lash, your a little off the mark there. CNM retain only a small percentage of REH. CNM however are essentially still the main driver behond the technology and have the right to own 100% of any projects in southern hemishere.
I would still have expected an announcement directly from CNM in this regard considering they have done so in the past with the first couple of CETO II units deployed.
