Mr Groves hasn't seen, homes selling quicker because sellers more willing to discount might be an alternative view.

"REIWA predicts a further fall in Perth house prices before the market picks up next year.

“There is a chance that Perth median prices will continue to drift further down, but it will be by very small amounts,” Mr Groves said.

“Most of the nasty falls are behind us.”
