With Labor seemingly stuck anywhere between low 20's and mid 30's in percentage terms and seemingly unable to get elected in their own right, it's incumbent on every Coalition government nationally to introduce optional preferential voting when they can. Labor and the Greens will be consigned to Opposition for a while.
