The Hadrian project nearly died during the GFC but was barely kept alive. Since this project has taken so long (still no revenue) it is a real possibility that the project will again be on the brink of collapse if a major market downturn occurs. At their current spending rates and $0 of revenue, expect your holdings to get significantly diluted. You would need to be crazy to think FBR will be unscathed in a downturn, and none of us can stop it.
