What a great resource.
I have a question for the accountants, STX will have spent 100’s of millions presumably to now get to this point over the 15 years. Do all those losses carry forward and can they offset future profits for tax purposes?
If we’re taken over would those losses transfer to the company that takes us over so they can use them to offset their profits too?
Rookie question I know, but just curious.
