I did speak to ARW about a week ago.
I try to be very graded on what I say.

I do understand that Picton plant is running to supply day to day contracts. Some of which are process only when the customer supplies the raw materials.
Adelaide plant as per the Chairman’s comments in the rights issue could be for sale??
Certainly the future for the Picton plant with the WA Mining industry is fantastic with hopefully a "Major Mining company” contract very close. I would assume that once the rights issue money is in the bank HBSC will approve the finance for the blending tank and equipment.
Two problems for the company are Clouding i.e when the temperature fall below 15Deg the product can go cloudy thus the $ were need in the previous rights issue.
Government 20/80 blending rules.

Adelaide Plant my thoughts should be to relocate the Pilbra where B.P seems to have a monopoly on fuel distribution. (Watch BP make a takeover)

I certainly was confident that the existing management are putting 200% into ARW and no reasonable stone will be left unturned.
I have not even mentioned the USA.

I purchased an extra 200K yesterday and still have a $0.30 target.
