what i like about arw's situation now is that diesel has reached such high prices...worse than petrol even....and industry desperately needs large quantities of it..
ctl is very popular with the market and has been running very hot...but cannot supply any volume for years...even lnc won't be able to produce for a long time..
arw has the facilities all ready to go...they can produce a significant volume of diesel...i would think quite a few mining companies would like to secure a regular supply from arw...they can produce 44 million from each plant from memory...that's a good cash flow..depending on price on inputs and the 80/20 ruling of course...
the bit in the ann about negotiations with a major distributor in relation to the sa plant sound interesting...and we have been told there will be an ann soon in relation to these negotiations....
if so the sp should go for another nice run imho
