    So if what I'm suggesting is wrong Incorporator, flesh me out the model:

    1. What's the equity % of UMC in Newco.?
    2. What's the raising model put to UMC stakeholders for entitlements in Newco.?
    3. What happens to the UMC equity holding in Newco. when FMG, BHP or Rio come along and UMC's time is up?

    Surely the detail's been worked out?

    Hit me with some guesses.
