Reflecting on this Parliament report , I have to beleive the WA Gov in face of a looming Gas shortage will have, first to force larger offshore producers to deliver their 15% quota of reserve Gas without any loopholes, reducing the burden on Onshore producers in delivering all their Gas to the domestic market.
Second incentivise the Onshore producers to increase exploration and development of more Gas fields to meet and exceed demand , via allowing onshore producers to export a % of their production and reducing any royalty / taxes to domestic gas sales in addition to cutting Red tape for new developments.
We will have no problems in closing the Gap on the Gas deficit in WA , the Gov will benefit in stabilising our domestic market and collect more revenue for the export portion of the sales while helping our Asian partners to reduce they emission . STX has over 25 Gas leads to explore OH, Kadathini, Arrino you name it, the Perth Basin potential is enormous. ( Dam no brainer really Cooky)
Back to STX SP yeah the price action is disgraceful really, the Company is ticking all the boxes as they outline in previous presentation while shorters are hammering us.
ED1 results next week even Monday perhaps, fingers X we have a successfull appraisal with a bonus Oil discovery like our friends did next door.
Much antecipated Walyering reservers update by RISC will clarify future production guidance for the Waylering plant , 40tj/d to 50tj/d with additional condensate coming from W7 should increase our Revenue nicely , SN mention the plant will have to shutdown for maintenance in the DEC qtr so hoppefully we can upgrade the plant at the same time
Im not sure if we will be drilling W8 in Dec as doubt we will get the Ensing 970 back by them with all this delays, perhaps Jan more likely.
Well what else we have on the pipeline WE FID, SE FID seriously STX trading at 17.5c / 500MC is ridiculously undervalue , hahahahaha just convincing my self to buy more
