JL, my reference to MIN was regarding their position on their proposed new production plant at Lockyer Deep. They state in their application that they will build either a 50 Tj/day plant for their own use (meaning no increase to domestic supply), or, a 300 Tj/day plant if they are granted approval to export half, (100-150 Tj/day increase to domestic supply).
My suggestion was to read the most recent WA GSOO, this will help you a lot.
Just remember, the Domgas Alliance are not where future growth in gas demand is coming from. In fact, Alcoa demand will fall once Kwinana closes. I think they should tread very carefully as they may find themselves in a cutthroat game of musical chairs when their current GSA's run out should domestic supply not increase.
In relation to the MIN suggestion of 15% onshore, how much per day, at 100%, are onshore producers currently putting into the pipelines? I think their initial 15% was an ambit claim anyway.
