The 2nd minister who talked, did mention MIN which was somewhat interesting but made it very clear, he's not endorsing it, just making a comment.
Apart from that, I wouldn't say they were particularly thrilled with the situation at the moment, and how some producers aren't doing what they should that goes against the spirit of the policy.
No recommendations, and its a wait and see till May is my take.
