Even if a bid does come, I personally can't see a SoA succeeding as it requires 75% minimum acceptance. I know what I will do with my votes (bugger off) even though I do like MIN at sub-60 price range. The only way I can see any bid succeeding at present is an off-market bid which only requires 50.1% minimum acceptance. In that instance, they can't delist STX and I am happy to remain as a minority SH. I personally don't see any party who will be happy to just obtain a 50.1% controlling stake in STX but I could be wrong.
