IMO - yes, David seemed quite more negative in his tone that Peter was.
I remember watching the time SN was in front of the committee and he seemed to be more negative than the others.
I find it disappointing, that if the original policy was due in November 23, and they got it extended to May, they couldn't at least provide a better guidance in what their indications were, which to me goes against the spirit of it.
I can't see a FID now happening until May.
