Reply to your comment, the sector that will be affected is the first home buyers, large parcels of land the minister will open further outside of Perth.
The prices wont be affected close to Perth, and good quality suburbs. Or homes of distinction.
You dont want the minister to open more, as the first home buyers need help, the lower income earners living further out need help, that little bit of extra equity building is their stepping stone, if their house price devaluesby 50%, their mortgages are worth more than the cost of their home.
Just stop to think of the present consequence to them.
We need every sector of the market to keeping moving up.
