yeah what a wasted few years. I'm a liberal voter through and through but I also acknowledge that Labor has a role in our fine democracy.
The libs keep the cogs of industry lubed up and fine tune the economy to generate business, jobs and exports. While Labor (should) ensure that public collective wants like hospitals, schools and roads etc are looked after. As important economic growth is (ie a liberal fundamental policy) hospitals, schools, roads etc are just as important.
My point is what did Carpenter do? Sweet stone motherless nothing ... in fact I reckon he made it worse ... particularly public health and public education. Sorry Mr. Carpenter, I think you lost your biggest allies ... public health and education workers ... I think they now wear blue coats LOL
