The problem is he has run down the health system, PPE in hospitals is way below requirements and Ambulance ramping is at huge levels and that is without the usual winter flu. He has no contact tracing plan in place and now is advising citizens to voluntarily download this app. However if you don't download the app, every time you go to one of these establishments you will need to manually write down your details. Pretty secure eh.. This goes right back to the time of total restrictions at the beginning of the virus, which shows how little Mark McGowan has progressed. He is scared that a a case of covid19 will show up how woefully ill prepared he is. This is nothing to do about protecting West Aussies but more about protecting his own rear end.
