I'm not 100% sure...but wasn't there someone who was a QC....that posted on caz???...If so, that person would most likely have the greatest insight as to what might be the outcome. They would surely have researched the w.a. law and also be aware of precedents etc....and how the future may unfold...maybe they could post a summary as how they would see it....would be informative for all whether you held or not which i don't by the way....still can't see which way it will go....but hopefully good...cause those that hold will make a quid...us that don't...well no harm done...better to wish someone good fortune than to wish them ill...cheers
