wa mines minister warns caz buyers, page-18

re: brw 24/11/05 - precedent t4p i have posted on this previously. the precedent could well have been wrt to a company called AFROWEST MINING NL. from memory, they pegged some ground that had soemthing to do with the ashton diamond project. i forget the exact details, but afrowest were confident that they had pegged the ground in good faith. it took the decision of the state minister of mines, to override afrowests claims, and give the ground back to cra (i thought it was rio - but maybe it was cra - gosh it was too long a go for watso to recall everything)
