    Not sure the mining bounce will drive population growth like it once did. A couple of lithium projects are not going to replace the $100b+ investment in LNG WA has seen over the last decade. Also the government has been kicking the can down the road with regard to public finances and are in their worst shape ever and need to be addressed. WA is also not immune to the crackdown on investors by APRA and have just followed the rest of Australia with a tax on foreigners. Still a lot of headwinds and will take a lot to eat up the 6% rental vacancy (won’t see investors jumping back in until rents start rising and there is confidence you can rent out an investment property)
