WA on way up, page-68

I have just sold my property in Warnbro, just got back from signing discharge forms at the bank, they told me they where glad to see someone sell there home at a profit. They told me that there are increasing numbers of sellers walking away from there homes with an average 50k loan they have to pay back on a property they no longer own.
Glad I am not in that position.
