Probably because Warnbro is in a decent life style area you made a profit ,20kms North of Perth 2 weeks ago I saw some homes at Wangara , that were being built like sardines packed together , for around $440K hardly quality living , they had all the disadvantages of living in an apartment so may as well just go and live in a large apartment near the CBD for the same money and have no commute costs !
What I found interesting is down at Albany basic homes are so cheap the air so clean the temperature about 8 degrees cooler than Perth but so few people - will that be the next retirement mecca ?
Seems like retired people are already moving there but have been mainly buying the more expensive homes .
