I doubt it was me howling you down on that call. Been green shoots since the new Labor budget did not slash and burn. Retail shops still looking sluggish but jobs and construction starting to hire. Word I am hearing is a few people are moving up, selling to buy in better suburbs as they look cheap.
Does that mean you are coming back to WA.
