Not before 2020 will you see tangible growth. Yes there are some who will benefit. Presently 1000s are being culled from the public sector. Many have held on , just , they will be losing the battle. No way will you see what is predicted. People in the east are heading to Tasmania , Qld etc etc.not here and more will leave. Every project has too many buying the business to get the work.
Plus rates have one place to go , this will batter this state. Risks are massive and the mining projects will benefit a few. Commercial properties tell the tale. Too many are up for sale or lease.
Hope I am wrong however have seen the carnage of the last downturn in the 90's. This is worse.
In this climate one buys and the opportunities are huge.
