WA had it's day in the sun during the mining construction period. That's over.
There is no further "boom" on the horizon.
WA and property prices will continue to bubble along the bottom for 2018. Perhaps a little more interest in residential leasing. However, retail businesses are suffering like never before. Even Subway in West Perth close down !
Office space in The West Centre in West Perth is 100% vacant and there are only 4 food kiosks struggling with the food hall there.
Subiaco is in the doldrums as are retail outlets generally across Perth.
No one in the eastern States give a hoot about WA as we had our glorious, short lived, day in the sun.
We call all calm down and just persevere with a largely parlous future few years.
