WA is still building around 20,000 dwellings a year, the average occupancy is 2.5 people per dwelling, so that caters for 50,000 population growth.
Total population growth in WA last year was about 21,000 so they need to create a lot more jobs to fill those houses…not to mention take up the current rental stock (vacancy rate still 6%+)
