The deal would not have been "signed, sealed and delivered". I'd say it is part of the process to lodge the Deed of Transfer, but it will not officially be processed until the binding documents have been signed! There is noway any transfer would happen until documents have been signed. As you have said, documents can't have been signed and not announced. Definitely not. What I make of it all is the relevent processes getting put into action such as the Transfer, The reservation of the name, etc.. so it's all ready to go once it is signed off. Hope you have a nice weekend. Sheepdogs research was pretty outstanding I thought to pick up on this. The more that is in place, shows that it IS getting there!!
