I see that our state police here in WA are raising the bar a little in their efforts to receive a fairer pay rise than that offered by the State Government.

Officers are once again parking beside speed camera's with their patrol car lights flashing to alert motorists of the camer location.

Trouble is the road sfety minister has criticised the police over their actions? I would have thought it was a move that achieved the desired outcome - slowing drivers and lessening the chance of crashes?

Seems it's crystal clear that the camera's are nothing but money machines given the Government's stance on this.

I agree that our FRONTLINE police deserve to be paid substantially more than they presently earn. After all police are not necessarily paid for what they do rather what they're prepared to do!
