gz i sincerely hope it does crash but i cant see it happening anytime soon with the boom in moining here.
i have been looking over the last few days to see whats around and after flying in from qld im astounded.
houses that 1 year ago were 100000 are now 320000 and these are in the poorer neighbourhoods.
10000 for stamp duty with another 10000 commission then legals - ?????
how in gods name are people supposed to be able to afford a house. im on bloody good money - more than most and probably more than most in here but there is no way i could afford a house in perth.
