Mental illness is rife...with regards this fool that played chicken with other drivers while driving on the wrong side of the road, it appears many drivers took evasive action as he drove toward them, sadly it seems this poor woman didn't and was killed.
I see loons every day on the roads that should not be there...but how do we stop them...how do we identify them?
In reality we can't, it has always been a risk to drive on the road, one wrong decision or move by another or self can lead to death or injury.
I hear that the fool if he survives will probably face a murder charge...
