Well Malaga, can I first thank you for starting a decent discussion. It's a breath of fresh air at the moment. No need for further comment.

I personally own property in Perth and nothing in regional WA. However, I have spent many years living in regional WA full time (not FIFO) in towns such as Kununurra, karratha, Halls Creek And Broome.

I personally think there are some good opportunities in our great state but they come with great risk. I wouldn't go near housing but more commercial sheds etc which still have some opportunities.

I can assure you not all of us who live in the bush have seven fingers and nine toes. I love the Kimberley and couldn't think of a better place to live. I hate the rat race in Perth. How is the weather there today?
