    have you ever filled in a returning to Australia passenger card having been in asia?


    it asks you have you been in rural or industrial areas


    if you answer yes they will inspect your shoes or boots for mud and if found will spray them against insect and agricultural disease


    thats why they will say no to importing the waste



    on the other hand the malaysian government sign off o the approval to import the material when the plant was given the go ahead.



    hard to accept the rules have now changed based on political agendas
