    In the late 1950's they caught a 12 footer at Cottesloe Beach while I was there......put it on a garbage truck with large ice blocks around it....charged 2 bob a look (20c), proceeds to the LifeSavers.....It weighed over a ton...Had a few of us nervous about swimming there for a while. Shouldnt have looked, lol.
