has it been proved that the colour of the wet suit makes a difference? I think that's an urban myth just like u shouldnt pee in your wet suit.

that shark that killed at wedge island wasn't a juvenile...god help us if it was and grows up even bigger! read some of the eye witness accounts...very sobering.

many people I know have given up surfing due to recent shark attacks and there seems to be a definite change in attitudes amongst many despite the recent protests.The ambivalent "we're in their backyard" attitude is being replaced with well maybe we should start killing a few.

personally not sure what is right. I spend a lot of time in and on the water and have seem many more sharks in the last few years. love the water but don't want to go that way, then again don't really want to kill them either. hhmmm
