Extract Resources (EXT)
Following the release of the Joint Ore Reserves Committee-compliant inferred resources for zone 2, and preliminary cost guidance from the company, we have updated our valuation to a price target of $9.93 a share. The key changes to our financial model were a 25 percent increase in production rate, an 85 percent increase in project capital expenditure and a 30 percent drop in estimated production and processing costs.
