    The Wa Supreme court will tomorrow commence to hear a case between GTM and STT to determine the legal entitlement to mining leases covering old mine workings at Peko , Juno and others at teeant Creek, NT. Meanwhile, the market appears to be betting on a win by GTM as its price and volume are rising whilst STT is falling.
